Welcome to FreshFest 2011
Those who attended FreshFest 2010 told us it was a huge success! Plans are now underway for FreshFest 2011,
Thursday August 25th at the historic CASO Railway Station in St. Thomas. Doors open at
5pm, and the evening's events continue to 9pm.
Presented in partnership with the
Iron Horse Festival, FreshFest pairs up great chefs with local producers, and the results are DELICIOUS! Add wine and beer tasters, and you get an evening you won't want to miss. Great entertainment, food pairing workshops (new this year), and an auction in support of the CASO station add to the fun.
Savour Elgin will again be an important part of FreshFest this year, and sponsor of the
Savour Elgin Market Tent where you will find information about Savour Elgin Culinary Trail members, plus an area to relax, mingle and enjoy the music of
Matthew and the Birds. Check out
